ABOUT ME
I am an Independent Social Worker and Practice Education Specialist with 14+ years’ experience across Practice Education, Youth Justice, Contextual Safeguarding, and work with adolescents at high risk of harm.My work brings together assessment, learning and risk-informed practice. I specialise in writing analytical assessments for families where adolescent risk, exploitation, serious youth violence, parenting capacity or safeguarding breakdown are central concerns.Alongside my assessment work, I provide adolescent risk training and practice education, supporting students and practitioners in strengthening their confidence, reflection and analytical decision-making.I work with solicitors, private organisations and universities.My approach is balanced, structured and reflective. I work calmly, communicate clearly, and remain evidence-led throughout.
